Popflow Studios Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Popflow Studios (Yoga on C, LLC), we value transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle online purchases, memberships, and event registrations. By making a purchase on popflow.com, you agree to this policy, along with our Membership Terms & Conditions and Participant Waiver of Liability.

 

1. Memberships

  • Commitment Period
    All autopay memberships require a minimum commitment period, which may vary by membership type (e.g., three (3), six (6), or twelve (12) months). The specific length of your commitment will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation During Commitment Period
    Memberships cannot be cancelled before the end of the agreed commitment period. If a member cancels early, they remain financially responsible for the full cost of the commitment term, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellation After Commitment Period / Auto-Renewal
    Once the initial commitment period has been fulfilled, memberships will automatically renew either on a month-to-month basis or for the same commitment length as the original membership (e.g., three (3), six (6), or twelve (12) months), depending on the membership type purchased.
    • If a membership renews, the same terms and conditions will apply to the new term.
    • Members who do not wish to renew must provide notice of cancellation before the renewal date.
    • Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
  • Non-Refundable
    All membership payments are final and non-refundable once billed. No credits or refunds will be issued for unused services, missed classes, or early termination.
  • Fee Adjustments
    Membership pricing and benefits may change. Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes and may cancel prior to the new rates taking effect.
  • Transferability
    Memberships are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred or assigned, except for long-term prepaid or commitment memberships, which may be transferred one time to another individual for a transfer fee determined by the studio.
  • Termination by Studio
    Popflow Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships immediately for non-payment, violation of studio rules, disruptive conduct, or behavior deemed harmful to staff, other members, or the Company.

 

2. Class Packs & Drop-Ins

  • All class pack and drop-in purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Class packs must be used before their stated expiration date.
  • Expired classes cannot be reinstated, extended, credited, or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Class packs are not transferable unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

 

3. Workshops, Trainings & Events

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund or studio credit.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
  • If Popflow Studios cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund or credit.

 

4. Retail Purchases

  • Retail items (e.g., mats, apparel, props) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or studio credit, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

 

5. Force Majeure

Popflow Studios is not liable or obligated to provide refunds or credits for closure, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or utility outages).

 

6. Waiver of Liability & Health Acknowledgment

All participants must sign a Participant Waiver of Liability before attending classes, workshops, or trainings. By purchasing any service, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and assume all risks associated with yoga, pilates, sculpt, and fitness activities.

This includes, but is not limited to, the use of studio-provided or personal equipment such as: yoga mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, yoga wheels, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, loop bands, weighted bars, pilates balls, pilates rings/circles, sliders, foam rollers, lacrosse balls, massage balls, therapy balls, medicine balls, stability balls, balance boards/discs, TRX or suspension straps, and ankle and wrist weights.

You understand that the use of this equipment involves inherent risks of injury, and by participating you voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.

 

7. Medical Disclaimer

Popflow Studios does not provide medical advice. Participation in yoga, pilates, sculpt, and fitness activities carries inherent risks. Our classes, workshops, and programs are not a substitute for medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participants are strongly encouraged to consult with their physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program, especially if they have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or have other health concerns.

By attending classes or using our services, you acknowledge that you have either consulted your physician and been cleared to participate, or you have voluntarily chosen to participate without such clearance, and you assume all related risks.

 

8. Photography & Media Release

By attending classes, workshops, or events, you grant Popflow Studios permission to capture photos or video recordings for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, unless you notify the instructor or staff in advance. These may be used on the studio’s website, social media, or promotional materials without compensation.

 

9. Account Use & Access

For livestream or on-demand services, accounts and access credentials are for individual use only. They may not be shared, resold, or distributed. Any unauthorized sharing or misuse of accounts may result in suspension or termination without refund.

 

10. Conduct & Etiquette

All members and participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior, follow instructor guidance, and observe studio etiquette (e.g., arriving on time, silencing phones, respecting personal space). Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe conduct may result in removal from class and/or termination of membership or services without refund.

 

11. No Guarantee of Results

Popflow Studios does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in classes, programs, or trainings. Individual results will vary.
