The basics

Movement reimagined. We blend dynamic yoga, mat Pilates, sculpt, and stretch into classes that hit the sweet spot between sweat, strength, and recovery — with killer playlists, high energy, and instructors who are part coach, part hype squad. You’ll leave stronger, lighter, and probably grinning.

No — and we don’t need them. Popflow Pilates is built strictly on the mat using high-intensity intervals, your own body weight, and targeted props to catch a fierce muscular burnout. It’s tough, it’s efficient, and it doesn’t require a giant sliding contraption to give you results. More on Pilates →

Never hot — that’s a promise. Most Popflow classes run unheated, and a few formats use gentle warmth (75–85°) when it serves the movement. What you won’t find is a hot room: no 100°+ studios, no humidity, no gimmicks. The sweat comes from the work, not a thermostat.

Nope. You bring the body, we’ll bring the options. Every class is coached in layers for beginners, athletes, and everyone in between. New? Flow or Stretch is a great on-ramp. Want to test your grit? Pilates and Sculpt will get you there.

By design. Mirrorless rooms force somatic awareness — you feel your alignment instead of policing your reflection. Your coach handles your form; you handle the work.

Always. The playlist is the heartbeat of class — bass drops in Sculpt, smooth beats in Flow, mellow vibes in Stretch. We match the music to the workout so you’ll move to the rhythm without even thinking about it.

Your first class

A mat (rentals available), water, and a towel — you’ll need it. We provide blocks, bands, weights, sliders, and balls. Grip socks are optional for Pilates. Dress to sweat and move. No jeans, trust us.

10 minutes before class; 15 if it’s your first time so we can give you a quick tour and get you set up. Doors close when the music starts — late arrivals can’t join.

Yes — the Intro Pass: 21 days of unlimited classes for $60, valid at all studios, and the full $60 credits toward your first month of membership. See pricing →

Tell your instructor before class and we’ll give you options to modify or swap movements safely. Recovering from injury? Check with your doctor first.

Yes — with your doctor’s approval. Most classes can be modified for pregnancy. Let your instructor know and they’ll guide you through safe alternatives.

Five: create your account first (app or website — saves check-in hassle), book early (prime classes fill fast), arrive 15 minutes early, talk to your instructor about first-timer status, injuries, or pregnancy, and don’t stress. Everyone was new once — Popflow isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress, sweat, and fun.

Booking & policies

Yes — classes often sell out, especially prime times. Reserve through our app or website. Walk-ins welcome if space allows, but don’t count on it. If class is full, join the waitlist and the system automatically moves you in when a spot opens.

Cancel more than 4 hours before class and you’re fine. Cancel later and you lose the credit (or a $10 fee on unlimited). No-shows count the same. It keeps things fair for everyone on the waitlist.

Choose from prepaid or autopay options. Membership perks include unlimited classes, early booking windows, guest passes, retail and workshop discounts, and more. No gimmicks, no fine print — just value. See pricing →

Yes: drop-ins 30 days, 10-packs 6 months, 20-packs and 50-packs 12 months. Expiration dates are firm — plan accordingly.

Yes — once you’ve completed any minimum commitment period. Holds must be requested in writing at least 5 days before your billing date, run 1–3 months per calendar year (no retroactive holds), and carry a $15/month administrative fee. Billing resumes automatically at your standard rate when the hold ends.

Yes — military, first responders, healthcare professionals, students, educators, and seniors get 10% off memberships and class packs. Bring valid ID or email us and we’ll set you up. Details →

Studio life

Most classes run 50–75 minutes depending on format. Specialty workshops may run longer — check the schedule.

Large enough for group energy, small enough for instructors to know your name and coach your form. You’ll feel the vibe of the room without being lost in the crowd.

Intensity is what you make it. Sculpt and Pilates: HIIT will leave you breathless and dripping. Flow and Pilates: Core are sneaky — they build strength and stability without feeling frantic. Stretch is your recovery zone. Every class has modifications to dial it up or down.

No showers, but clean restrooms and open cubbies for your stuff. Keep it simple and leave valuables at home.

Classes are for ages 14+. Teens need a waiver signed by a parent. Younger kids can’t hang in class — it’s a distraction and not safe.

Yes! Everything is better with a workout buddy — members get guest passes to share the sweat.

Yes — a curated boutique with premium mats, props, and apparel from brands like Liforme, Manduka, and Stakt, in-studio at both locations.

House rules

Be on time, stay for the full class, and ride the group energy without distraction.

We recommend phones, watches, and outside distractions stay out of the studio. Give yourself one hour away from the world. If you have to have your phone because you’re a VIP, it should be silenced and face down.

Wipe down your mat, props, and weights. It’s common courtesy — nobody wants your sweat but you.

Chat before class, connect after, but during class keep it focused. We’re here to move.

Be mindful of mat placement and respect personal space. Your neighbor’s savasana is sacred.

This is a barefoot zone. Socks are fine, but leave shoes in the cubbies.

Encouragement and high fives are currency here. Negative energy gets left at the door.

Skip heavy perfumes and sprays — keep the studio air fresh and breathable for everyone.

Download the Popflow app (iOS / Android) or use the schedule. Pick your studio, choose your class, and reserve your spot in a few taps.

Yes. Log into the app or website, go to “My Schedule,” and hit cancel. Just do it at least 4 hours before class to avoid late penalties.

On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we’ll help.

Yes — view your plan, track visits, and manage billing directly in the app. For freezes, contact us at least 5 days before your billing date. For cancellations, review the terms in your membership agreement.

Delete and reinstall as a quick fix. If problems continue, email us with details and screenshots — we’ll get you sorted fast.
