Faster pacing, powerful sequences linking breath, strength, and mobility — and a clear build toward a peak pose: maybe crow, maybe a backbend, maybe that arm balance you swore was impossible. Smart progressions make the tough stuff achievable, and fit newcomers who don’t mind working hard are welcome. You’ll sweat, laugh, and surprise yourself.

The challenge of the day in Power — crow, wheel, an arm balance. You’ll get all the prep, drills, and progressions leading up to it, and if you don’t land it, no stress: the work getting there is just as rewarding.
