New here? You’re in the right spot. Popflow was designed for first timers and seasoned athletes alike—so no matter where you’re starting, you’ll find a class that feels good and pushes you just enough.

We believe fitness should be bold, motivating, and a little addictive. That’s why we created four core formats—Flow, Pilates, Sculpt, and Stretch—to cover everything your body needs: strength, sweat, and recovery.

Popflow is here to move you forward—and it all starts with the video below.

What to Expect

Here’s how your first class will go—simple, supportive, and set up for all levels. Arrive a little early, let us know it’s your first time, and relax knowing there’s no pressure to keep up. Move at your own pace, ask questions, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
