These Terms, together with any policies and documents incorporated by reference, govern your access to and use of popflow.com (the “Website”), including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website, whether as a guest or a registered user.

Website-Only Scope; Studio Terms & Participant Waiver

These Terms govern Website use only. Participation in any in‑studio or virtual classes, workshops, trainings, memberships, or events offered by Popflow Studios is governed by our separate Studio Terms & Conditions and Participant Waiver of Liability, which must be accepted and signed prior to participation. If you register for or attend any class or event, you agree to be bound by those separate terms and the waiver. For details, please review the Studio Terms & Conditions and Waiver provided at point of purchase/registration or upon request at the studio.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Content on the Website is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any exercise, yoga, pilates, sculpt, or wellness program. Participation is at your own risk.
