This is the next tier of training inside Popflow.
We love the chaos of a packed room. But this series is for clients who want the Popflow standard with more precision, personalized coaching, and a structured progression. Expect a slower pace, intelligent loading, and measurable results.
If you’ve been showing up consistently but feel like your progress has stalled—or if you’ve been modifying movements in the back of the room, unsure if your form is actually correct—this is your intervention. We are stripping away the momentum to rebuild your foundation. You will learn exactly how to engage your core, load your joints safely, and lift with absolute confidence.
You aren't just attending a class. You are entering a structured training cycle. We scale the loading and progressions based on how you actually move.
Before Week 1, you complete an assessment covering your goals, injuries, and baselines. Your coach uses this to tailor your individual programming.
Strictly capped at five participants. We don't just guide the room—we coach you. Every rep is observed, corrected, and refined.
Tempo, complexity, and load evolve with purpose over six weeks. We establish your baseline in Week 1 and retest your control in Week 6.
Enroll in one track for targeted progress, or combine both for the complete system.

No. This is a 6-week training cycle with a consistent cohort. Enrollment is for the full series only, and programming builds week over week.
In regular classes we guide the room. In this series we coach individuals within a small group. Expect more form correction, tailored progressions, and intentional pacing so you can load and move correctly.
This series is led by Popflow's elite senior instructors who specialize in biomechanics, mobility, and progressive strength programming. You will have the same dedicated coach for all 6 weeks to ensure your progression is actively tracked.
The required intake assessment allows us to review your history before Day 1. While this is not physical therapy, the strict 5-person cap allows the instructor to provide highly targeted modifications so you can train safely around your limitations and rebuild strength.
No—but you need to be coachable. We scale loading based on your intake assessment. This is ideal for clients who want to improve mechanics and build strength intelligently.
The cohort continues. Because your spot is reserved for the full cycle and the group progresses together, missed sessions cannot be refunded or exchanged for standard classes.
Yes and no. The energy is still undeniably Popflow, but the audio is mixed differently. Instead of a loud, club-style playlist driving the beat, the music will act as a backdrop so you can clearly hear technical cues, focus on your breath, and absorb the coaching.
