This is a 6-week small group recovery series designed for clients who want more individualized attention, targeted release work, and a deeper understanding of how to reduce tension and improve mobility.

If you feel chronically tight or restricted, or if you love our Stretch: Myofascial format but want a deeper, more personalized experience—this is your intervention. We are taking recovery out of the crowded class format so we can provide hands-on bodywork, individual feedback, and slower-paced, highly intentional work designed to help you move better over six consistent weeks.

The Coaching Standard

You aren't just attending a class. You are entering a structured recovery cycle. We scale the hands-on release work based on where your body actually holds tension.

The Intake

Before Week 1, you complete an assessment covering your goals, tension patterns, and movement restrictions. Your coach uses this to tailor your individual programming.

The Cap

Strictly capped at five participants. We don't just guide the room—we coach you. The intimate setting allows for specialized hands-on bodywork you can't get in a standard class.

The Progression

Guided myofascial release, mobility work, and nervous system regulation evolve with purpose. We establish your baseline in Week 1 and retest your mobility in Week 6.

This series is not led by a standard fitness instructor. Alyson is a Certified Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher specializing in targeted, hands-on release work.

Her deep understanding of anatomy and tissue quality is what transforms this series from a simple stretching routine into a specialized, elite-level recovery clinic. You are paying for expert-level bodywork integrated directly into your movement practice.

The 6-Week Progression

Each session builds on the last. There is a beginning, middle, and end—not just a collection of random stretching exercises.

Week 1: Assessment & Foundations

Identify major tension patterns, movement restrictions, and priority focus areas. We introduce foundational myofascial release techniques and recovery principles.

Week 2: Lower Body Release

Focus on feet, calves, hamstrings, and the posterior chain. Emphasis on tension patterns that heavily affect standing, walking, and lower body mobility.

Week 3: Hips, Glutes & Low Back

Address common holding patterns in the hips and pelvis, utilizing targeted release and mobility work to support lower back comfort and movement freedom.

Week 4: Upper Back, Shoulders & Neck

Target postural tension, desk-related tightness, shoulder restriction, and stress-holding patterns typically stored in the upper body.

Week 5: Integrated Mobility

Nervous system downshift. Blend fascial release, breathwork, and gentle mobility to help the body absorb change and move with significantly less resistance.

Week 6: Full Body Reset

Revisit key tension patterns, assess mobility improvement, and ensure you leave with a clear, individualized understanding of what your body responds best to.

What are the exact dates for Cycle 1?

Cycle 1 officially runs for 6 sessions on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM, beginning March 31 and ending May 12 (class will not be held on April 28).

Is this a drop-in class or workshop?

No. This is a 6-week private training cycle with a consistent cohort. Enrollment is for the full series only. It is not a one-off stretch clinic or a massage package.

How is this different from the regular Stretch: Myofascial class?

In regular classes, we guide the room. In this series, Alyson coaches *you*. Expect highly individualized feedback, hands-on bodywork and adjustments, and an intimate setting designed to address your specific holding patterns.

What happens if I miss a week?

The cohort continues. Because your spot is reserved for the full cycle and the group progresses together, missed sessions cannot be refunded or exchanged for standard classes.
