Simple, supportive, and set up for all levels. Here’s exactly how it goes.
Before class
Create your account, sign the waiver, and arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can check you in and get you set up. Bring water — mats are available to rent or bring your own.
During class
All-levels coaching with clear demos and options to dial intensity up or down, cued in real time. Music on, ego off. Tell your coach about any injuries and we’ll modify smartly.
After class
Cool down, ask questions, and book your next visit while the momentum’s hot. Your Intro Pass covers everything for 21 days — so try every format.

Flow or Stretch are great intros. When you’re ready to kick it up, Pilates and Sculpt bring the fire.

Pre-class checklist
- Hydrate and have a light snack if you need it.
- Wear breathable gear. Grip socks optional for Pilates; barefoot for Flow, Sculpt, and Stretch.
- Bring water — or grab a bottle from the studio fridge. Mats available to rent, or bring your own.
- Towel optional, but recommended for Sculpt and Pilates — you’ll likely sweat.
- Props you may see: dumbbells, bands, sliders, Pilates ball, blocks, straps.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can check you in and set you up.
Studio etiquette
- Be on time — late entry may not be permitted once class starts.
- Phones silent — respect the vibe and each other.
- Clean up your station: wipe equipment and mats after class.
- Tell your coach about injuries or health concerns so we can modify smartly.
- Ask anything — we’re here to help you feel confident and safe.

Yes — classes fill up fast, so book through our app or site to lock your spot. Walk-ins are welcome if there’s room.
