All levels welcome. It’s a mat-based Pilates HIIT and Jesse calls out modifications in real time, so you work at your own pace. No experience needed.

Your favorite color of the rainbow. Comfortable workout clothes, grip socks optional. Bring water and a mat — rentals are available if you need one.

Popflow is strictly mat-based — no reformers. High-intensity intervals, body weight, and props for an efficient, full-body burn.
