That’s the whole idea.
BAHAM means “together” in Farsi. Nazli started with yoga classes and sound baths, and it grew into retreats built on the same principle: do something awesome for yourself, together.
These are small-group trips — ten to fifteen people — with a daily rhythm that will feel familiar if you practice with us: movement in the morning, real food, long open afternoons, and evenings that end with a room full of people who didn’t know each other on Monday. You don’t need to be a Popflow member, and you don’t need to be an experienced traveler. You just need to want the week.

Sunrise dips in the Indian Ocean and yoga before the heat. A jeep safari through a national park, a Buddhist temple visit, and a cooking class — with long afternoons left open for surfing, the spa, or absolutely nothing.
