Yoga in Coronado.
Popflow Coronado runs yoga classes daily at 176 C Avenue — athletic Flow vinyasa (All Levels and Power) plus Yin for recovery, in a mirrorless, never-hot room the island has loved since its Yoga on C days.

Yoga built for the island
Island energy. Big breath. Strong movement. This is yoga with Popflow energy — breath-to-beat vinyasa sequencing, strong positions, and coaching that keeps you moving with purpose. Strength-forward flows with options for every level, mobility that supports surfing, running, riding, and daily life, and music-driven pacing that sharpens focus and builds stamina. Challenging but completely accessible — and the energy in the room is contagious.
Flow and restore.
Athletic vinyasa for the push, Yin for the reset. Full format details →
Flow — All Levels & Power
Music-driven vinyasa that pairs breath with movement — balanced heat from the work (not the thermostat), crisp cues, and a welcoming, focused vibe. Flow for power, clarity, or a full-body reset.
Stretch — Yin & recovery
Long-hold Yin positions, deep fascia work, and a nervous-system down-regulation that makes everything else you do better. The recovery half of a strong week.
Two to three sessions a week is the sweet spot for strength, mobility, and stress relief. Stack yoga with Pilates in Coronado to level up your core and control.
